S. Natasha Gillis


S. Natasha Gillis is a small business attorney with a concentration on transactional matters including formation of corporations and limited liability companies, contract review, business mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchase and sale agreements, business succession planning, and negotiation and drafting of contracts, including partnership agreements, employment and independent contractor agreements, and shareholder and partnership buy-out agreements.

Natasha has provided legal guidance to businesses spanning a range of industries including the medical and dental fields particularly in acquisitions and sales. Natasha is an effective yet compassionate advocate. She enjoys serving as the “go-to” attorney for numerous small businesses throughout Northern Virginia.

As a Northern Virginia native herself, Natasha graduated from George Mason University magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics, concentrating in Political Theory and Law and minoring in Non-Fiction Writing and Editing in 2006. Upon graduating, she attended Howard University School of Law where she actively participated in the law school’s Civil Rights Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to clients whose civil rights were jeopardized.

Natasha currently volunteers her time consulting small businesses through clinics offered by the Small Business Development Center located at the Leesburg Mason Enterprise Center.
Natasha lives in Leesburg, Virginia with her husband, two children and their dog.
